- How do I find my transfer when I arrive at the airport?
Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way out of the airport and proceed down the ramp directly in front of you.oyes transfer driver can be easily located underneath the Individual Meeters sign in arrivals. Oyes transfer driver will be holding a sign with your name clearly stated. Should you be unable to find your driver upon arrival, please call our emergency number provided.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
Payment will be taken by your driver at the airport or when you arrival hotel . Payment can only be taken in cash. All currencies are accepted. If you have booked a return transfer then full payment will be taken at this point. please dont give driver scotish / irish steling and also dont give Coins of the pound sterling.
- What happens if my flights delayed? Will my transfer still be valid?
Yes. Oyes Transfers monitor the flights on a regular basis. Should your flight be arriving later than expected then our drivers will be aware of this and will not charge extra.

- I made an airport transfer Booking but havent receive any e-mail ?
When you book your transfers from our website , First we check your details and send you confirmations in 24 hours time. if you dont recive any email in 24 hours times , Please first check your junk email , if you still dont see any email than contact us.
- Is the price per person or per vehicle ?
All our price is per vehicles.
- Am I insured on the transfer?
Yes all our customers fully insured.
- Is oyes transfer legal company ?
Yes we are legal transfer company . We have our own Tursab licence ( A-9880 ) And also all our vehicle and drivers are belong to oyes transfers.
- Why oyes transfers is so reliable ?

No, there are no extra hidden charges through oyesholiday Transfer. All car parking, fuel costs and insurance are already covered in the payment.
- Is it possible to drop off / pick up at more than one place?
Yes. Providing they are in the same area, no extra cost will be incurred. Should you wish to book a transfer to both Marmaris and Icmeler, the price for the transfer will be from the Airport to Icmeler (the latter of the two resorts being the furthest).
- Can I book a resort to resort transfer or is just the airport?
Yes you can. We can provide you with a transfer to any other resort when requested eg. Marmaris to Olu Deniz. For further details please email oyes transfers .
- Are the transfers direct to resort?
Yes. Unless required by you, our transfer do not make any stops.
- Are all vehicles fully air conditioned?
Yes. All of our vehicles have air conditioning to make your journey comfortable and relaxing.
- Can I smoke or drink alcohol in the vehicle?
We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles however the consumption of alcohol is permitted.
- Do I have to pay a deposit when booking?
No. All payments are taken once you meet with our driver either at the airport or from your hotel..

- How do I know what time I will be collected for my transfer back to the airport?
if you book marmaris , icmeler , marmaris marinas we ussualy pick up between 3-4 hours before your flights. Please we are asking so kindly let us do our job about return pick up times. We will let you know your pick up time and please respect our pick up times. Minumum 3 hours before your flight maximum 4 hours before your flight..Between This time we will definatly pick you up. if your car not arrival your hotel 3 hours before your flight , please call us as soon as possible +90 537 216 66 17 .
